The Toddler on the Potty. (Sung to ‘The Wheels on the Bus’)

We are making another attempt to potty train our toddler. He is starting to get it but as always it way down on his list of priorities. The ability to pause live television is a Godsend for potty training. Of course one of the biggest issues is keeping them on the potty long enough to actually do something. Books are good but sometimes I sing (Badly). Somewhere from my twisted imagination came this parody of “The Wheel on the Bus”

The toddler on the potty goes (pee, pee, pee), (pee, pee, pee), (pee, pee, pee)
The toddler on the potty goes (pee, pee, pee) all day long.

The toddler on the potty goes (poo, poo, poo), (poo, poo, poo), (poo, poo, poo)
The toddler on the potty goes (poo, poo, poo) all day long.

The toddler on the potty goes (wipe, wipe, wipe), (wipe, wipe, wipe), (wipe, wipe, wipe)
The toddler on the potty goes (wipe, wipe, wipe) all day long.

The toddler on the potty goes (flush, flush, flush), (flush, flush, flush), (flush, flush, flush)
The toddler on the potty goes (flush, flush, flush) all day long.

The toddler on the potty goes (wash, wash, wash), (wash, wash, wash), (wash, wash, wash)
The toddler on the potty goes (wash, wash, wash) all day long.

The toddler on the potty goes (dry, dry, dry), (dry, dry, dry), (dry, dry, dry)
The toddler on the potty goes (dry, dry, dry) all day long.

Of course he started singing it while at Grandma’s…

My Toddler’s First Flash Mob

The other weekend we went to UBC Okanagan’s Community Day. A day to show our kids the campus, let them experience university. We had a great day and my older to have already decided they want to go there when they grow up.

The Flash mob was something that happened while we where playing with toys they had set up for the kids. When everyone ran in to the middle all my kids followed along and had a great time with it. my toddler (green shirt) was very cute as he tried to follow the choreography without having any idea what was happening.
