Can I forgive you? – Entry into Dad at the Chalkboard 100 – Forgivness

Can I forgive you? You don’t even know that I am thinking this. You are so self centered you don’t even understand the hurt you caused. Can I ever forgive you? A baby you won’t admit is yours. My self esteem crushed, my heart broken. Will my prince ever come?

I am intelligent. I am attractive. I am a good mother. I am a good person. I will survive, prosper. My prince will come. Can I forgive you? I can’t waste time hating you. I need to focus on my baby. Jesus forgives maybe one day I can too.

Love is – HHTales entry into Dad at the Chalkboard: Father 100

Love is patient as you watch your son get off the potty and pee on your foot.

Love is kind as you hug your daughter after she’s argued with mom.

Love always protects as you teach your kids about the worldly dangers.

Love always trusts that with your guidance they will grow up to be people that make a difference.

Love always hopes and perseveres through a son’s diagnosis of cancer.

Love is not easily angered as we are examples for our kids.

Love rejoices with the truth. God doesn’t make junk. Everybody is unique and special to God.
